The Rio Cafe is a place you will want to become familiar with. Julie and Josh Hemeon started Rio 5 years ago with the idea of creating authentic Mexican food using only the freshest ingredients! Simple beginnings have evolved into a great choice for both lunch and dinner . From the Tacos de Camaronsitas made with Oregon bay shrimp to Burrito de Machaca with its lean shredded beef you and your stomach will be already counting the hours to the next time you dine at the Rio. The chips made in house are something to be savored. You will ask for a bag to take some home. The salsas and sauces will make you ask how many bottles can I purchase to take home. They are an amazing and great with any dish. They also offer a great selection of Beer, Wine and Margaritas (yes look to your right on this page!) and have drink specials on our menus daily just to keep you guessing!
